The Velvet Souls is a musical project that became a band. In the winter of 2019 Adobo Records was contacted by Rosalie Wampler, who was writing positive-based songs for commercial jingle applications and other commercial uses. Joined by Frederic Tepper, we began developing full songs. The Velvet Souls was born. They are at present just finishing their debut CD, have enlisted a rhythm section, and are in rehearsals for live performances.
Both Frederic Tepper and Rosalie Wampler are inductees into the Maryland Entertainment Hall of Fame.
